I love this tutorial! I always loved the shoujo style, and this is perfect! ^-^ (I've been feeling like I've been in a rut....doing cel-shading all the time...I've really been wanting to try something different, but didn't know where to start! :XD: )

I'm assuming you're using SAI,.. when you say blur, what do you mean? Like, using the water tool?
And why do you use the marker tool as opposed to the pen tool and the paint brush tool :3?
